TheProiftRoom.com (“the Site”) subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.

Termination. This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. TheProfitRoom, LLC. may terminate this Agreement, and/or your access to and use of the Sites or any portion thereof, immediately, in the event we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without cause.

REFUND POLICY Because members immediately benefit from the knowledge of the stats, analytics or from TheProfitRoom, we do not give refunds. You should recognize that investing and trading is a marathon, not a sprint so every last piece of information that can help you learn along the way and give you “an edge” over your competitors is worth investing in. You are in the business of trading, and at TheProfitRoom we treat your order the same way the market would; meaning once your order has been placed and your payment has been processed, there is no turning back, even if things don’t turn out how you expected. If that scares you, or if you have any inclination that our products or services are not right for you, then please do not submit your order. Cancellation Policy
TheProfitRoom memberships are sold on a subscription basis and they renew automatically until cancelled. By submitting your order you authorize automatic renewal/re-bill on your account in accordance with the subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) you selected.

There are no contracts or mandatory minimum commitments with any of our membership plans. You are free to cancel your membership at any time. If the time comes that you need to discontinue your membership you can do so by sending an email to [email protected]
